Shipping Information

All items will be shipped via USPS. Shipping will come with both insurance and delivery confirmation. Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight and size of the item. 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days. An item can be returned for a full refund or exchanged all of the following criteria are met:

• The item was purchased from leatherbydragonfly.com;

• The item is unused and undamaged, or defective;

• You reached out to request a refund or exchange within the allowable return period (30 days from receipt). We can't accept returns or exchanges on items that are customized for you, e.g., custom leather apron.

Damaged Items

All items are sent out in perfect condition and packed well to ensure their safe arrival to your home. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package with photos of the damaged item or items.
